Lack of good children’s day care centres is a problem

WITH the rising cost of living, it is impossible for middle- and lower-income families, including some of those with higher income, to manage the household expenditure, children’s tuition fees, utilities and mortgage if there is only one breadwinner.

Since both parents have to work these days, their young children have to be looked after.
