Judgment leaves native landowners with compensation and no land
A 20-year legal battle ended in disappointment for a group of native landowners from Kampung Lebor, Gedong, when the Federal Court ruled against them in their dispute against the Land Custody and Development Authority (LCDA) and two plantation companies last Friday.
