THIS week the Sarawak Women and Family Council announced that it would address the problem of incest following a recent spate of cases in the state.
Welfare, Community Wellbeing, Women, Family and Childhood Development Minister Datuk Fatimah Abdullah, who chairs the council, said the first step was to profile the perpetrators of incest to find out the root causes of the problem.
