MIRI: The flooding season seems to have arrived much earlier this year judging from the bad weather hitting many parts of Sarawak, while in the past heavy rain usually pelts the state around end of the year.

Looking at the unpredictability, the state authorities need to prepare much earlier than usual so as not to be caught off guard if the weather worsens.
