I REFER to the letter “100% consent ruling too strict” (StarMetro, June 6) on Klang Muncipal Council’s (MPK) decision that all residents of a neighbourhood must agree to having a gated-and-guarded scheme before it can be implemented.
I believe people have become too obsessed about putting up barriers and gates, and have missed the main point when it comes to security.
