Grateful for homeland of smiles

There are many friendly and efficient Malaysians in the service industry who make Malaysia a ‘homeland of smiles’.

WE are often critical of fellow Malaysians in the service industry who don’t conduct themselves well when dealing with customers.

I have encountered poor service many times at hotels in this country in terms of long response time to complaints, laziness of some employees and more.
