Car-free morning needs a reboot

MANY locals and foreign tourists have thronged Penang island’s Car-Free Day in Beach Street since it was introduced in 2011.

Taking the cue from that event, the Seberang Prai Municipal Council (MPSP) organised a similar event last year called Car-Free Morning in Bandar Sunway, Seberang Jaya.
