I WANT to highlight the inefficiency of the Klang Municipal Council (MPK) especially on its inability to take proper action against a resident who has been keeping between 10 to 15 unlicensed dogs at a terrace house in Klang
I signed a petition of complaint against the occupant of the house to MPK in January this year and to date there is no action from the council.
