WHILE some Malaysians fret over K-pop and religion, oil prices have hit a five-year low. On Monday, oil prices slipped to US$47.36.
It was so recent ago that oil was trading at US$115. In fact, that was only last June. Much has been written about how in the drafting stages of Budget 2015, it was assumed oil prices would stay around US$110.
