The hotel in PD Waterfront was officiated by Negri Sembilan Tourism and Consumerism committee chairman Datuk Tun Hairudin Abu Bakar and TSR Group chief operating officer Datuk Wan Abd Razak Ismal.

The hotel is accessible via the North-South Expressway and is about an hour’s drive from Kuala Lumpur.

It has 303 fully furnished rooms including luxury rooms with a view of the Straits of Melaka.

It also has meeting rooms with either the sea view or town view, making the hotel an ideal venue for business meetings.

D’Wharf Hotel & Serviced Residence is perfect for both business and leisure.

Wan Abd Razak said, “TSR Ocean Park began the development of PD Waterfront in 2011. It is a popular new holiday destination and also provides jobs for locals.”

PD Waterfront has a variety of local and international eateries including Domino’s, Pizza Hut, Starbucks Coffee, McDonald’s, Kenny Rogers Roasters and PappaRich.

PD Waterfront is also a destination for various interest groups such as high-powered motorcycles and sports cars.

“D’Wharf Hotel & Serviced Residence is a new component of PD Waterfront and our vision is to bring this development to international level,” said Wan Abd Razak.

“It started operations on July 15, 2017 and thanks to the overwhelming response, we achieved average occupancy of 75%.

“With all the facilities provided by the hotel, we are confident that the hotel will achieve at least a four-star rating,” he added.

The property has a private garden and access to the beach which can be used for leisure, family fun activities and corporate team-building as well as events.

Other activities such as water sport and archery are in the pipeline.

There are few upcoming developments including water chalets and a condotel at a cost of RM110mil and RM180mil respectively. A convention hall will be built too.

Tun Hairudin said, “The state government will always support any positive effort by private companies to develop Port Dickson in line with the Government’s efforts and development plan.”

After the ribbon-cutting ceremony and lion dance performance, guests were taken on a tour by D’Wharf Hotel & Serviced Residences general manager Patrick Ho.
