MAH Sing Group Berhad has received about 2,000 registrations for its new project — M Vista located in the Southbay township of Batu Maung, Penang.
Its senior chief operating officer Seth Lim said M Vista is a 0.8ha freehold residential development with a gross development value (GDV) of RM134mil and an indicative selling price of RM345,800.
