ALREADY about 60% complete, Mah Sing Group Berhad’s The Loft@Southbay residential suites project in Batu Maung is set to be ready this December.
Its senior chief operating officer Seth Lim said the 32-storey freehold project on 1.5ha (3.71 acres) of land had completed its structural frame.
