PROPERTY developer Saujana Permai Development Sdn Bhd has unveiled its fourth Saujana development series, TCS Arcadia at TCS Arcadia Sales Gallery, Bandar Saujana Putra in Selangor.
With a total gross development value of RM280mil, the mixed development sits on a 1.33ha leasehold land, offering a total of 460 units of apartment and 43 units of retail shops.
TCS Group Holdings Sdn Bhd managing director Datuk Tee Chai Seng said TCS Arcadia, the fourth Saujana Series developed by TCS Group of Companies, is one of the many projects the company is excited about.
