DEVELOPING industry-relevant syllabus is vital to create employable trainees, said TWI Technology (SE Asia) Sdn Bhd regional manager Ernesto Moskini.

He said the independent research and training organisation, with expertise in materials-joining and engineering processes, had more than 4,000 members from various industries who would offer input on what the industry needed.
