EUMCCI: Big plans under way to develop renewable energy in region

OPPORTUNITIES for green technology businesses, particularly in the energy sector, can only increase from this point on as Malaysia, along with most of the region, continues to develop rapidly to achieve developed nation status.

EU-Malaysia Chamber of Commerce and Industry (EUMCCI) chairman Roberto Benetello said big plans were under way to develop renewable energy in the region, which will make it an attractive place for related trade business.
