JOHOR BARU: The Government should give financial incentives or assistance to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to help train their workers.
Former Small and Medium Enterprises Association president Teh Kee Sin said most of the SMEs were reluctant to equip their workers with skills and knowledge as it involved extra costs.
