Wong says the women in Allianz Malaysia’s talent pool have excelled in showcasing leadership culture.

DIVERSITY has always been an integral part of Allianz Malaysia’s story, with 68% of women making up the 1,861-strong workforce at Allianz Malaysia.

In Malaysia, female participation in the workforce climbed to 54.1% in 2015, an increase of 750,000 women from 46.8% in 2010. According to Bursa Malaysia, last year, 28.4% of top management positions in the top 100 public-listed companies (PLCs) were held by women, an increase of 4.4% since 2013.
