TTDI SEGARIS, the first duplex residences in Taman Tun Dr Ismail, is expected to attract buyers who have been waiting to make this affluent neighbourhood their home.

The latest 28-storey development has a total of 185 units, of which 153 are duplexes.

TTDI Segaris is located along Persiaran Zaaba with close proximity to an MRT station and various key highways such as the Federal Highway, New Pantai Expressway (NPE), New Klang Valley Express-way (NKVE), Lebuhraya Daman-sara-Puchong (LDP) and Sprint.

It is a joint venture between Naza TTDI and Prasarana Malaysia Bhd.

Naza TTDI deputy executive chairman and group managing director SM Faliq SM Nasimuddin said, “TTDI Segaris demonstrates our continued presence in Taman Tun Dr Ismail from when we first developed it in 1974.

“TTDI has a proven track record of good capital appreciation and rental yield for all its properties.

“Our most recent developments like TTDI Ascencia and TTDI Plaza are fine examples of good property investments,” he added.

TTDI Segaris offers eight different layouts ranging from built-up areas of 721sq ft to 1,464sq ft. With a relatively low density of 11 units per floor, each duplex comes with double volume high ceiling living space.

The resort-like interiors of TTDI Segaris include facilities such as Lifestyle Zone, Family Zone and Neighbourhood Zone.

The Lifestyle Zone is characterised by resort living ambience and houses facilities that include an infinity pool, sun deck and a well-equipped gym.

The Family Zone provides facilities for children, including multi-purpose spaces for outdoor communal activities and a surau.

TTDI’s lush surroundings is mirrored on a smaller scale in the Neighbourhood Zone.

Built on a 0.4ha leasehold land, TTDI Segaris is priced at RM1,100 per sq ft with an expected completion date of 48 months from the sale and purchase agreement.

“Naza TTDI is a reputable institution and one of the leaders in the industry. We are honoured to have this working relationship, and contribute to the success of the project and development of Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley,” Prasarana Integrated Development Sdn Bhd chief executive officer Datuk Mohd Zahir Zahur Hussain said at the launch.
