IT IS common for investors to ask for a high stake in a company they are investing in to prevent misappropriation of funds.

However, there is no guarantee that misappropriation of funds would not happen, said MOC Capital Bhd chief executive officer Dr Wong Jeh Shyan, a panellist in the 15th SAME’s (Secretariat for the Advancement of Malaysian Entrepreneurs) Talk Series, titled “SME and Capital+”.
