Tropicana Heights will be hosting an event themed “Eat, Play & Bond” to cultivate community spirit and celebrate its success and impressive take-up rate of over 90% at its Kajang development.
The event will be held at its 0.8ha property gallery in Kajang this weekend from 10am to 6pm.
Aimed at promoting the five main features – recreational hub, market square, central park, Parkview Homes and sports hangout – at Tropicana Heights Kajang, the event will feature activities such as a synthetic ice skating rink, a market-styled food fest, a mini golf game, plaster painting and an electronic bike tour.
“Spanning an impressive 80ha freehold land, Tropicana Heights is our first foray in Kajang.
“Recently, we unveiled the capacious recreational hub and the stunning West Lake, which is the west section of the 16acre Central Park. Besides engaging with our customers, this event also serves as a friendly reminder to our guests and the public of the amazing five wonders of Tropicana Heights.
“We want our guests to experience the splendour of living in this all-inclusive development,” said Tropicana marketing and sales senior general manager Ung Lay Ting.
Tropicana Heights is located 7km from Kajang and the Semenyih town centre. The development is linked to four major highways – Kajang Silk Highway, North-South Expressway, South Klang Valley Expressway and Kajang-Seremban Highway – and surrounded various shopping, dining, entertainment, healthcare and educational facilities.
The upcoming Klang Valley MRT and KTM stations in Bandar Kajang, proposed flyover to Persiaran Bangi and upgrading of the bridge connecting to Bandar Teknologi will also improve connectivity to the neighbourhood.
