NestlE Malaysia’s engagement with its employees over the last few years on best practices to steer the company in the midst of stiff competition has bode well for the group’s turnover, says its managing director and regional head Alois Hofbauer.
Speaking at the Melbourne Business School’s Dean’s Leaders Forum held here in Kuala Lumpur recently, Hofbauer said for the first time ever, the company posted incremental innovation sales of more than RM70mil last year.
