Organisations are rather like people in the way they age — brimming with energy and possibilities in the beginning, and tending to carry on as usual later on. As such, their new year’s resolutions should be similar to those of individuals, like getting fit and being more responsive.
While my malapropisms are usually way off-base, I have to defend that one because it turned out to be somewhat prophetic.
