IT WAS joy and agony for the Malaysian women and men teams at the FIBA 3x3 Under 18 Asia Cup after finishing in second and fifth places, respectively while Indonesia’s women and China’s men teams took top honours.

Indonesia clinched their maiden victory after beating Malaysia 13-6 with Western New Guinea native Lea Kahol outscoring the entire Malaysian with eight points in the final.
