ROYAL Selangor Club (RSC), one of the founding members of the Football Association of Selangor (FAS), finally won a title in the league.
RSC became the Premier Division champions when they defeated a gritty Damansara 4-0 in the final at the Sepang Municipal Council Sports Complex in Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi.
