Youngsters enjoy a day out at the courts

TWENTY-FIVE youths from the Inclusive Outdoor Classroom (IOC) community project were given the opportunity to explore squash with elite players from the Kelab Skuasy Elit Astaka (KSEA) .

Held at the Astaka Sports Complex in Petaling Jaya, the youths, ranging from four to 23 years old were taken through a range of activities aimed at imparting the fundamentals of coordination and timing which are essential not only in racquet sports but also daily life.
