SELANGOR became the overall champions in the 2016 Milo-Malaysian Schools Sports Council (MSSM) programme.
Selangor, who have been the overall champions since the award was initiated in 2001, were winners in 15 sports – football, athletics, tennis, netball, basketball, handball, volleyball, archery, table tennis, softball, aquatics, cross country, golf and cricket – and runners-up in four – chess, rugby, artistic gymnastics and rhythmic gymnastics.
