Bright prospect for wheelchair basketball

WHEELCHAIR basketball has a good chance of making it into the Paralympics as Malaysian players are much younger than those from other nations,’’ says Malaysia wheelchair basketball coach Lim Ming Lip.

Lim, 33, who has been coaching the team since 2013, added that the average age of Malaysian wheelchair basketball players is 27 but in other countries, most players are above the age of 35.
