Council looking to upgrade Tasik Biru

Mazurah says the council will look into clearing trees on the island so that the lake will be visible from all corners.

Selayang Municipal Council (MPS) will do more upgrading work to the venue at Tasik Biru in Kundang, including clearing the island in the middle of the lake and making a high platform with a helipad for organisers to have good visual during competition.

MPS Community Development Department director Mazurah Mohamed said the International Jetsports Challenge organisers had complained they were unable to see the entire lake completely and it could prove dangerous if any racer was involved in an accidents during the competition.
