THE Penang Badminton Association (PBA) is hopeful that badminton starlet Goh Jin Wei will compete in the Gosen Cup 2015 Badminton Tournament from Dec 16 to 20 at the PBA Badminton Hall in Bukit Dumbar, Penang.
This is the second time that the association, which is celebrating its 90th anniversary this year, is organising the Gosen Cup.
