MALAYSIAN Hockey Confederation (MHC) president Datuk Seri Subahan Kamal is working aggressively towards making progressive changes in the national body, both on and off the field. All this can only be construed as welcome news for Malaysian hockey.
A graduate from Southern Illinois University in the United States with a B.Sc (Hons) in Accounting (majoring in Finance and minor in Economics) in 1989, Subahan was personally handpicked by former president Tengku Abdullah Sultan Ahmad Shah to lead MHC after the Crown Prince of Pahang stepped down to take up an executive committee position in FIFA.
