CHUI Lok have been crowned champions of the UBKJ Football League following their narrow 3-2 penalty shoot-out victory over Petaling Jaya Selatan in the final at SMK Sri Permata.
Both teams could not break the deadlock in regulation time and the same materialised in extra time, after which it was decided on penalty kicks.
