THE Selangor Open Hockey 5’s tournament proved to be a success with a total of 66 teams battling it out for honours in four categories in the two-day event held at Stadium Kementerian Pelajaran Malaysia, Selangor.

There were 140 matches of the explosive short-format 5’s played in the latest edition of the tournament, with which Selangor became the first state association to adopt the format.
