FESTIVITIES have poured in ahead of the Lunar New Year with Star Media Group’s Pitt Street office having welcomed several visits from business partners this week.

Carlsberg, led by regional sales manager Toh Swee Huat, presented a carousel made of eco-friendly cardboard containing beer cans, red packets and playing cards, among other goodies in the form of beverages it produces.

News editor Arnold Loh who received the gifts then gave the team a short tour, offering a glimpse into the evolving media landscape while spreading a little holiday joy.

SRS Consortium Sdn Bhd's earlier visit, led by head of Strategic Communication & Stakeholder Management Ann Tan, also rekindled ties between major corporations.

“Building strong partnerships is key to mutual growth, especially as we enter the New Year.

"We value our collaboration with media companies and look forward to more shared successes,” Tan said.

The visits were also received by The Star chief photographer KT Goh as part of efforts to strengthen ties within the media industry.
