Forum pushes for development of eco-tech cities for urban resilience

MORE than 500 delegates from across Asia converged on SPICE Convention Centre for the fourth Penang International Hanwang Forum, which sets its sights on building “eco-tech cities” and what organisers call an “ecological civilisation”.

The two-day meeting drew policymakers, diplomats, innovators and investors.
