THE stretch of Jalan Beringin between Jalan Johar and Jalan Semantan, Kuala Lumpur, remains closed as it has not received a Certificate of Completion (SKP).

The certificate ensures that construction and operational standards meet safety and regulatory requirements before the road can reopen.
