LOCAL authorities in Selangor have been ordered to step up monitoring of hotspots for wildfires in the state in view of the current haze situation.
Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Amirudin Shari said the authorities had so far managed to put out three fires in Kuala Kubu Baru, Kajang and Sri Gombak.
