Developer celebrates Sentul project’s completion, high quality ratings

MAH SING Group Bhd hosted an appreciation night at M Arisa in Sentul, Kuala Lumpur, celebrating its first completed project of 2025.

Bankers, media personnel, analysts and agents were invited to the dinner held to also mark the residential project’s notable achievements.

Located just 5km from the city centre, M Arisa is Mah Sing’s second fully sold development in Sentul, which is well-connected to major highways and trunk roads and surrounded by abundant amenities.

The property developer continues to score high in delivering quality building construction works and maintaining high standards of health and safety in construction projects.

M Arisa obtained an 84% Quality Assessment System in Construction (Qlassic) score, a quality assessment system by the Construction Industry Development Board.

It also achieved a five-star Safety and Health Assessment in Construction (SHASSIC) rating by the Construction Assessment Centre.

Mah Sing founder and group managing director Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum said: “We are proud to complete M Arisa, our first project of 2025, just three months after delivering M Luna in Kepong in November.

“This reflects our commitment to crafting high-quality developments for our customers.”

Recognising the high demand for properties in Sentul, given its proximity to Kuala Lumpur city centre, Leong said the company acquired a 0.31ha freehold land in the same area in January.

“The development will be named M Aria, offering units with indicative sizes of between 800sq ft and 950sq ft, and an indicative starting price from RM498,000,” he said.

“The registration of interest is expected to commence soon. The development will incorporate the signature elements of our M Series developments, which have innovative design, lifestyle facilities, practical layouts, and green features,” he added.

Other than creating innovative spaces, Leong said the developer was committed to making homeownership more accessible to Malaysians.

“We kick-started the year with Mah Sing’s own ‘Homeownership Season’ campaign, which aims to support homebuyers throughout their homeownership journey,” he said.

“Other than offering homebuyers immediate savings and additional rewards when purchasing their home, the campaign provides instant free credit assessment assistance and facilitates direct loan applications with banks, ensuring a seamless financing journey after purchasing their home,” he elaborated.

On M Arisa’s 84% Qlassic rating, Mah Sing group chief executive officer and executive director Datuk Voon Tin Yow said the company was proud of its achievement of consistently maintaining high Qlassic scores among its developments.

“This achievement reaffirms our commitment to delivering projects of the highest quality.

“For this, I extend my appreciation for the effort and dedication demonstrated by our team, as well as the trust and support from our partners.

“We will continue to replicate the same efforts in our upcoming projects,” said Voon.

During the appreciation night, guests were given a tour of M Arisa’s facilities podium and a preview of Mah Sing’s upcoming new project called M Terra in Puchong, Selangor.

M Terra will incorporate the concept and elements of M Arisa, which are thoughtfully designed to meet homebuyers’ needs.

Located 500m from the Puchong Perdana LRT Station, M Terra is a transit environment district (TED) development which has three types of built-ups of between 550sq ft and 1,023sq ft, with a selling price from RM250,000.
