TO foster a greater spirit of camaraderie and spread festive cheer among residents, USJ3 Four Rukun Tetangga (RT) had its third bubur lambuk cooking and distributing programme at the neighbourhood in Subang Jaya, Selangor.
RT chairman YY Tan said the annual programme brought together a community from different backgrounds.
