A COLLABORATIVE effort to empower individuals with disabilities in the workforce has been launched in Penang.

Flex, a major player in the electronics industry, has partnered with Universiti Sains Malaysia’s School of Social Sciences and the Centre for Research on Women & Gender to introduce the people with disabilities (OKU) Professional Certification Programme.
