Try their sweet and sour Kiss from The Rose cocktail that has fruity notes.

The concoction is a mix of rose and watermelon infused gin topped with a little bit of spice.

At RM38, the drink promises a balance of flavours with a sweet aftertaste.

Another drink – the One Night Stand – is a much stronger cocktail.

The whisky-based cocktail is mixed with sweet vermouth, pomegranate liquor, guava juice and spice.

At RM42, it is topped with a secret powder that elevates the drink.

On top of personalised cocktails upon request, guests will be pleasantly surprised to find that the bar also has a bespoke tailoring service on its mezzanine floor.

There are other signature cocktails such as Have You Met Jane and a wide wine selection too.

BENANG, THE SECOND CHAPTER

The event, called High Stakes and Heartbreaks, features two free-flow cocktails for women from 10pm to midnight.

Guests can also immerse themselves in the custom bouquet bar set up for the night.

The dress code for the event is pink or red.

The same promotions are also available for its sister bar, The First Chapter Speakeasy, which is located at 28M, Jalan Medan Setia 2, Bukit Damansara.

Benang also offers other signature cocktails such as South Malaya, a mixture of Demonio de los Andes pisco, hibiscus tincture, fresh lemon and lime as well as aquafaba.

There is also the Dangerous Margarita which is a concoction of 1800 Anejo tequila, mezcal, oleo saccharum, saline and red wine float.

Whisky lovers can opt for the slightly creamy and spirit-forward Malaysian-French connection cocktail of Hennessy VSOP, Hennessy-infused coconut cream, coconut milk and fresh pineapple.

The four-course dinner starts off with complimentary welcome cocktails.

It also features grilled scallops as appetisers, tuna tataki as entree, grilled black angus rib-eye as the main and desserts.

It is priced at RM488+ per couple.

Guests can opt for a bottle of Champagne Victoire for an additional RM400+ or a bottle of Mionetto Prosecco by adding RM300+.

Additionally, guests can also enjoy offerings from the new cocktail menu.

Try out Dear Jann, which is a mix of Monkey Shoulder Blended Malt whisky, Lillet Rose, jasmine and white peach soda or The Arch – a concoction of Martell VSOP Red Barrel, Luxardo Maraschino, Luxardo Sour Apple with dashes of Angostura aromatic bitters and a spoonful of boba or tapioca balls.
