When Gunasegaran Kandaswamy’s daughter wanted to pursue her ambition of becoming a pastry chef, the first thing her father did was to look for affordable courses that would equip her with the necessary skills.
The secondary school teacher found out about a four-semester pastry course at Selayang Community College.
