Making KL hub for umrah travellers from Indonesia

SOME 100 Indonesian and Malaysian tour operators are working with Batik Air to turn Kuala Lumpur into a hub for umrah flights.

Batik Air group strategy director Datuk Chandran Rama Muthy said Indonesian passengers transiting in Kuala Lumpur would be encouraged to spend a day in Malaysia.
