While some might associate the bar name with a vulgar Hokkien expression, it generally means “Call Carol Back” or an acronym for its products – Craft Cocktail Beer.
Who is Carol, one might ask.The new retro-inspired joint is inspired by Neil Sedaka’s song, Oh! Carol.
So expect vibrant lights, vinyl records and a disco ball decor inside.
From the craft beer collections, are a wide range of Pilsner, Lager, Gose, Hazy Indian Pale Ale, IPA and stout.
CCB KL has a retro inspired setting.

The adventurous can try Gose To Hollywood by To Øl, a craft beer which is slightly salty and citrusy with a sweet and sour profile.
Gose is a kind of warm fermented beer that originated in Goslar, Germany, while To Øl is a Danish microbrewery.
Those looking for a hoppy drink, can get Brewdog Almost Famous.
It has a bold taste and a slight bitter aftertaste.
There is an array of craft beer to try.
For something lighter, the Taiwan Head Brewers’ Taiwan Tea Ale IV is the top pick.
It has a malty taste profile, a buttery texture and comes with a floral-and-tea aroma.
Several craft beers on tap are also available such as the Mosaic IPA, which is a single-hop IPA with a floral citrusy note as well as The Red Ale, which has a robust taste and balanced mix of roasted malt.
There is also a cocktail selection that includes The F Word, which is a concoction of house-made wasabi-infused vodka and flavoured kombucha as well as the Red Sangria, which is a mix of red wine, Italian aperitif, brown sugar syrup and mixed fruits.
