WITH Christmas chiming its festive bells once more, Botanica+Co is ready to spread the festive cheer.
Botanica+Co Alila Bangsar has a series of a la carte dishes such as Pistachio Chicken Roulade (RM45) featuring a roulade rolled from juicy minced pineapple-fed chicken, enhanced with pistachio and mushroom and served with sides of roasted Brussels sprouts, chicken jus and cranberry sauce.
The Festive Fish Pie (RM42) serves up a stew of delicate Norwegian salmon and halibut sweetened with leek, onion and dill cream under a golden puff pastry pie, while Smoked Duck Cranberry Pizza (RM55) is topped with smoked duck breast slices, arugula, bocconcini and house-made cranberry sauce.
Captain’s Catch Spaghetti (RM88) is served with black mussels, white clams, prawns and a dash of ikura.
For desserts, sweet Christmas treats await with the Forest Fantasy Log (RM35) made from dark sweet cherries rolled within dark chocolate sponge topped with mushroom meringue and Chantilly cream; Spiced Pumpkin Burnt Cheesecake (RM18), Warm Toffee Pudding (RM28) that comes with vanilla ice-cream and lashings of salted caramel, and Mont Blanc Tart (RM25) comprising chocolate sable tart filled with blackcurrant jam, almonds and chestnut cream.

Adding to the merriment is a speciality Christmas Barbecue Menu serving up holiday roasts such as Spiced Lamb Loin (RM68) featuring whole Australian lamb loin marinated in cumin-spiced butter, and Golden Snapper (RM88) of a whole red snapper chargrilled with a brushing of garlic-chilli sauce.
Botanica+Co Bamboo Hills is ready to take things up a notch with store-exclusive dishes.
Exclusive to this outlet is the Truffle Gnocchi (RM58) that features dumplings filled with creme fraiche and black truffle shavings.
Red meats are served with Smoked Angus Beef (RM198) showcasing a 300g portion of smoked Australian Angus beef with truffle mashed potato, roasted Brussels sprouts and baby carrots.
For dessert, there are Forest Fantasy Log and Spiced Pumpkin Burnt Cheesecake.
The English Christmas Trifle (RM25) contrasts chocolate and cherry with a vanilla sponge roll layered with strawberry jelly, berries compote and a dash of lemon cream and Chantilly cream.
Botanica+Co is also offering takeaway platters of the season’s favourites, upsized for bigger groups.
These include the Pistachio Chicken Roulade (RM240), Festive Fish Pie (RM108), Forest Fantasy Log (RM35), Spiced Pumpkin Burnt Cheesecake (RM158 for whole cake), Nutcracker Nibbles (RM60) of pastries and doughnuts, and an assorted pastry box.
