Known for its slow movements, tai chi may seem easy but it actually requires a lot of control and patience, say enthusiasts of the Chinese martial art.

Businesswoman Angie Ng said initially, she was sceptical about it, thinking that tai chi was a boring sport usually associated with older folk.
