DEVELOPERS that undertake affordable housing projects in Kuala Lumpur will receive incentives as part of the government’s effort to boost homeownership among city folk.
Datuk Azman Abidin, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim’s aide, said the incentives included cheaper development fees and higher density for their projects.
