Noraini: Reinforcing local plan aligns with anticipated city status.
KLANG Municipal Council (MPK) is proposing changes to land use as well as building regulations related to plot ratio and density in its Draft Local Plan 2035 (Amendment 1).
MPK president Noraini Roslan said the changes were to accommodate the East Coast Rail Link (ECRL) project, for flood mitigation and to meet demand for more industrial zones to support the logistics industry.
