Cops should be at nightspots only in official capacity, says police chief

POLICE officers and personnel in Penang have been reminded not to be in entertainment clubs as it can potentially give a bad impression of the state contingent.

Penang police chief Comm Datuk Khaw Kok Chin said the police were only allowed to visit these places in an official capacity.
