Empowering voices affected by development

THE Sabah Environment Protection Department has launched the third edition of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) handbook.

The handbook refines the guidelines of the assessment with the hope of ensuring that it does what it’s meant to do, and that is to assess the significant effects that a project or development proposal may have on the environment.
