Neighbour ‘books’ roadside space

I WISH to highlight the action of a neighbour who frequently “reserves” public roadside spaces in the neighbourhood, for parking.

This resident in Taman Midah, Cheras, will book parking spots by placing rubbish bins or other objects in the space.

He will also take pictures of those who park at “his” parking spots and threaten the neighbours to remove their cars.

Complaints about this improper behaviour were made to Kuala Lumpur City Hall, the Public Complaints Bureau, Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission and media companies.

I hope that the authorities will take action quickly before anything untoward happens.
